The house

A working estate for ninety years, a hotel for six. We kept the walls, the terraces and the old lemon press. Everything else, we rethought.

Villa Aurelia sits on the last ridge before the Tramuntana meets the sea. Mornings smell of pine and salt; evenings belong to the terrace, a glass of local Malvasia and a view that reaches Sa Dragonera on clear days. There is no lobby music, no buffet and no schedule — only what you decide to do with the day.

Our spa pairs the old rituals — heat, cold water, oil, hands — with a small longevity clinic, so you leave knowing a little more about your body than when you arrived.

    Thermal Circuit

    Hammam, dry sauna, cold plunge and a heated outdoor pool carved into the terrace. Ninety minutes, phones left at the door.

    Longevity Assessment

    Body composition, VO₂ estimate, sleep and HRV review with our resident physician, followed by a personal plan for the week and for home.

    Signature Rituals

    Deep-tissue and Mallorcan almond-oil massages, facials with local sea fennel, and a two-hour “Tramuntana” ritual we designed for the day after a long flight.

Restaurant Sal

Mediterranean cooking with a short menu and a long memory: sea bass from Port de Sóller, lamb from the valley, oranges from the terraces you walked through this morning.

Chef Marta Colom changes the menu every fortnight and grows most of what she needs in the kitchen garden. Breakfast is served on the upper terrace; dinner in the old press house or, in summer, under the carob tree. The cellar leans firmly Mallorcan.
